Refund policy

All items are checked before packing & leave us in new condition if for any reason you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately to discuss returning the item if the item is faulty we will also refund the return postage upon arrival. The item must be returned in its original condition. No returns offered on change of mind, contact us for return address details, once Dreamtime Boho receives the returned item we will contact you to process the refund or replacement of your returned item.
