We strive to get your purchase delivered promptly, our aim is to pack and send the same day of purchase. Delays could be out of our control due to Covid 19 at certain times throughout the country... We use Australia Post. All parcels have tracking you will get an update with tracking number to your email.

Returns Policy

All items are checked before packing & leave us in new condition if for any reason you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately to discuss returning the item if the item is faulty we will also refund the return postage upon arrival. The item must be returned in its original condition. No returns offered on change of mind, contact us for return address details, once Dreamtime Boho receives the returned item we will contact you to process the refund or replacement of your returned item..
