Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Dreamtime Boho purchase. All items are carefully checked before packing and are sent in new condition.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition.

For change-of-mind returns, we offer your choice of an exchange or store credit. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions and our return address.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Where applicable, Dreamtime Boho will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Returning Your Item

Please ensure returned items are securely packaged. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to arrange your exchange, store credit or other applicable remedy.
