Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

We strive to get your purchase delivered promptly, our aim is to pack and send the same day of purchase. Delays could be out of our control at certain times throughout the country... We use Australia Post. All parcels have tracking you will get an update with tracking number to your email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Dreamtime Boho is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please email us if you would like to make a purchase if your country does not apply at checkout.

Returns Policy

All items are checked before packing & leave us in new condition if for any reason you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately to discuss returning the item for replacement or refund. If the item is faulty we will also refund the return postage upon arrival. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. A store credit will be offered on any change of mind returns, contact us for return address details, once Dreamtime Boho receives the returned item we will contact you to process the refund, store credit or replacement of your returned item.
