WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE ?

All my leather goods are designed in Australia on the Sunshine Coast.I handpick quality leather and work with Artisans from around the world who hand make our beautiful bags to my specifications.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Please refer to the shipping page for all the details.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a tracking number which will allow you to track & trace the status of your delivery at any time.If you have any questions about your online order please email us at info@dreamtimeboho.com

I SAW A BAG LAST WEEK AND NOW IT ISN'T ON YOUR SITE - WHY ?

All our bags are handmade and we want you to have a unique piece that not everyone will have. Therefore if you like a bag don't hesitate, we have limited stock of most designs. 

CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A BAG?

Yes you can, please contact us by email to discuss. Around 3-4 weeks for custom made bags.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND?

Yes we will refund on any faulty goods, on change of mind we will gladly exchange or a store credit will be given . You can refer to our refund policy for more details
